30-Day Return Window You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. If 30 days have gone by since your delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn, unused, and undamaged.

  • It must be in its original packaging with all tags and accessories included.

  • You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Process

  1. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@jasy.shop with your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. Our team will review your request within 48 hours.

  3. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with the return shipping address and instructions. Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
