30-Day Return Window You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. If 30 days have gone by since your delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with the return shipping address and instructions. Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
